Hayden's Midnight Snack Mouse

The Midnight Snack is a mouse pattern I’ve been developing and refining over the past year. My goal was to create a mouse that not only looked realistic but also mimicked the natural movement of a mouse on the water. One of the key features of this pattern is craft fur. It gives the fly a natural profile and excellent movement in the water, helping it entice strikes from even the pickiest of fish. The material also allows the fly to maintain a lifelike silhouette without becoming overly bulky. This fly is perfect for both stillwater and river fishing and is a great pattern to have when trout are looking for a tasty midnight snack.
